Hey guys,

Just uploading a few pics of my 4 month weight loss transformation so far. From 85kg to 72kg. Diet is 1950 cals, 170 p, 190 c, 60 f. Gym 4 times a week. Eating my calories in a 4 hour window and fasting the rest. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
