    Day 2 back/shoulders
    Day 3 rest
    Day 4 rest
    Day 5 bi's/tri's/forearms
    Day 6 quads/hams/calves
    Day 7 rest

    Monday - Chest/Tri's
    Tuesday - Back/Bi's/Forearms
    Wednesday - Off
    Thursday - Legs
    Friday - Shoulders/abs
    Saturday - Off
    Sunday - Off
