3 days off from lifting and eating!!!

Excerpt: Im left in this unfortunate situation, which is hard to expalin and im in the 5th week of my cycle and im going to have to take three days off from lifting and my diet. This does not mean i will not be eating but i wont be getting in 5000 cals and 400grams of protein i was wondering if this will have a big negative effect on my cycle?

    does this unfortunate situation happen to be a stint in the county lock up or a three day family vacation to disneyworld?

    3 days is no problem... i bet it actually does you good.. you'll probably come back bigger stronger and with more motivation.

    I agree the break will do you alot of good..matter of fact you will probably be looking forward to getting back to the weights after a few days...........RADAR
