Here's how tonight looked

Squat:
5x5 155lbs

BB Bench press:
5x5 145lbs

BB reverse row:
5x5 125lbs

French press:
5x5 35lbs
 
Second that. I use myfitnesspal it's great! And easy to use. :)
 
Here's tonight + I'll post my food diet here after I shower

Squat
5X5 160lb

BB OH shoulder press
5x5 75lb

Deadlift
5x5 135lb

DB curls
5x5 30lb
 
That's some eating bro, I'm on 3,500+ cals per day, I gain weight on that and I got something like 35kg ( about 80lbs) on you.
My macros come out around 33/33/33 most days and I'm still getting leaner. Cool huh? :)

And I really like that app. Looks good, easy to read and easy to use.

You can play around a little bit with your macros and see what you respond to best.
