Excerpt: Hey guys, we all have our favourite and least favourite machines at the gym. I love the iso lateral chest press. I can lift 100kg/220lbs on there now, I feel like that’s pretty good but have no way of measuring the achievement. Is it a good weight to do?

It's not bad. Esp for multiple sets. But 3.5-4 plates or more a side (70-80+ kilos) is a good mark to aim for Quote posted by USman80
