2 week Sequence for those who workout 5 times a week

It is no secret I prefer 5 days, its maximum that way for you.

the Sequence takes 2 weeks to roll a full cycle.

As I said Legs are to be done TWICE a week rain or shine and upper body 3 times.

Week 1:
Day 1 Legs, Abs
Day 2 Back, Bis, traps, side delts
Day 3 Chest, Tris Front Delts
Day 4 Legs, Abs
Day 5 Back, Bis, traps, side delts


Week 2:
Day 1 Legs, Abs
Day 2 Chest, Tris, Front Delts
Day 3 Back, Bis, traps, side delts
Day 4 Legs, Abs
Day 5 Chest, Tris, Front Delts

2 days OFF a week wherever you feel like it, either 1 day at a time or two back to back as in the weekend
 
How much better is it to do 5 days/wk. I normally train 5 days but had to switch it up d/t pickig up more shifts at the hospital. We have a baby coming Janurary and I eed to extra cash.

will I see great results from the 4 day sequence?
 
wil you get results?
YES

you will basically get 9-10 weeks of Results instead of 12
do to missing 1 day of extra growth a week.

so its not something that will make a huge difference
