A buddy of mine thats been training for a while benches 305 lbs without gear, 325lbs after first cycle, but then back down to 310. Now I realize this isn't that much but this guy is 5'7 and 155 lbs. Is this a normal thing for a person of this size thats been lifting for a while?

that is real good for body weight but you also need to look at other factors such as does he squat or deadlift?? or is he a bench specialist???

sorry I got no pics. Last time I saw him was week 3 of 8 through his first cycle which was deca @ 300mg week and he was up 6 lbs, although he looked like he was up a lot more lbs. He said in the end he kept 10 lbs, the thing is he does not eat that well, cause he doesn't really know about a good diet. Hes been lifting for probably 8 years everyday and in past 3 years twice a day. I told him about elite but hes a computer iliterate. Hes has good genetica cause he eats pizza a lot and still has probably 9% BF

he almost weighs as much as jill mills

Yeah...and Jill is ripped at 5'3".

I'm thinking that this guy needs a few meails before he spends his money on something like DECA.

So lets get the tally folks:
160 benches 325lbs
Squat I'll put him at 275
Deadlift at 315 can't imagine any more than this
Total=915lbs after 8 year and some cycles

Moral of story, that is a lot of years to waste on benching and juicing with minimal returns. So eat right take some rest day and hit the whole body

Damn. He benches a lot. I weigh 160 and only bench 105. Just been doing it for about a year. I hit the whole body though.
