i wouldnt eat withen a few hours of bedtime, eat your meals during the day. I have a 730-400 job, i eat at 7 930 12 3 430 630 give or take 10 minutes on each time. About 3500 calories a day. All those meals are solid, i drink at least 2 gallons of water a day being out in the sun. I am neither cutting or bulking right now, just trying to get strong and whatever happens happens. I think for your size 3500 a day should be plenty to grow, just eat clean complex carbs and lots of protein. DOnt depend on drinks for protein either. And train hard, if you worry about your abs dissapaering throw in some HIT cardio every once in awhile.
I dont know too much about v12 pos1 pos2, but i take a multi,creatine, and xenadrine efx for energy. I also take zma, but its out as of tonight and wont be buying more, all it did was giv3e me morning wood. I use ALA, soon to be glucorall-r, and take 6-oxo for some chest proeblems i have, as it seems to tighten my chest up a little better. SO essentially i use a multi-creatine-xenadrine efx. Works great for me.
