Excerpt: hey guys what are your thoughts on this??ive started doing it because of work,since i don't have much time free for myself. It's called the 100 reps workout. What you do is take a big exercise or weight that you can only do between 10 and 20 reps. So start it and do as many reps until you can't do anymore.     what are your thoughts?has any of you done this before??i was sore as hell the next day.

    If it's working for you, I say go for it. It personally doesn't fit my training goals though.
