I use to have that problem... the most likely reason you can't view half the movies, is that the "codex" of your Media Player needs to be updated. Simplest solution, is downloading the "DIVX PLAYER BUNDLE". It's free & you'll enjoy better quality playback, also.

Next up, you may need to "join" some of these downloaded movie parts... So you need HJSplit (& it's free, too).

Lastly, I use "Winrar" to extract the movie files, especially ones needing passwords. (free, again).
