1 or 2 times a week?

Should I train each muscle group 1 or 2 times a week? I'm looking for size and definitiion, not necessarly just stregth gains.
 
i would say just once a week if your training like a bodybuilder......... but for strength, i would go with twice a week.

You may want to make a decision here first. Trying to put on size and "get cut" at the same time may have you spinning your wheels so to speak.

Also, most of the "bodybuilding" programs on this board (HST, DFHT, DC) have one hitting a body part atleast 2x a week. Check out the training sticky at the top.
