Ok i know the answer to this question but my little brother needs to hear it from other people.....what is better for STRENGTH gains more reps and less weight or more weight and less reps....

if he could use the type of wheelchair with the wheels you push (not the motor) that would be good to start.
 
Low reps for strength of course. But i feel it is hard at times to make big increases in strength when using low reps. But still, case closed, low reps=strength!
