I've been lifting for about 14 years now. I have only had to directly pay for the last two as gym use was encluded in student fees in college, plus I got payed to workout while I was working there.

I'm 43 now, and I have been lifting since high school. Sometimes more serious than other times. :)

I worked out for a year about 7 years ago, do I have to count that?
Well I didn't, so I guess I should "keep going" !!

At 43 I wish I could check the last option !!
