working out chest for women

i have this female friend who works out. thing is she refuses to work her chest. somebody told her once that if a girl works her chest is will make her breasts smaller. this particular girl already has very small breasts and thinks if she works her chest that it will get worse. i don't believe that it would happen like that. would it??

it is the 1st time I hear such a thing about woman/chest/smaller breasts !
and I don't think it is true...

She may have small breasts because she has lost some weight

no, she didn't say hers got smaller b/c of working them out. they're already small and she thinks if she works her chest they will get smaller.

I have small breasts, amd working my chest didnt make them any smaller. Dropping b/f does (dieting/cardio)...If anything it makes them looks bigger from the top because I have pretty good size in my upper pecs.

Working out will not make them smaller.

Loosing the bf will. I lost five sizes in the last eleven months, but only went down one cup size. My increased pecs are actually lifting what is left.
