Why are PRO's so weak! Curling 35 dumbells with soi much trouble!

This question is VERY REASONABLE. Nothing is stupid about it!

As for me doing research. I HAVE DONE IT. I seen movies and pictures of pro's moving tiny amounts of weight and many people ALREADY KNOW how benching 315 pounds is a lot for some of the pros.

I am not a moron, I post much more intelligent posts. Since I know quite a bit I don't post "conventional" posts, like "Will pec flyes build my chest" or "will leg extensions work as good as squats"? Those questions are truly "ignorant". Note, I don't say "dumb" or "retarded" etc.

Again, when I post truly interesting and worthy discussion questions, all posts with your name on it have very negative answers.

C'mon, I am not being negative like some. \

21inch arms, jeremy, playdo, sniperwor, all had something GOOD to say. They actually went thinking into the question. Not ignoring it and calling names. That truly shows their intelligence.

when you say benchin 315 is hard for some of the pros who are you talkin about? just wondering if you actually know who they are or are they worthy pro's and some rookie that will never go anywhere.

I can't remember any names in particular. But I read that on THIS site. And remember most pros stick to 8-10 reps, so you do not move a lot of weight.
Again pros are concerned with the size not the strenth.

I do know that Ronnie benches alot (he was a powerlifter). So didn arnie. But even arnold schwrtznegger who was a powerlifter benched in 400s, not that much. AND HE WAS A POWERLIFTER TOO! So I can imagine what non-powerlifting bbers lift...

I can tell you that Flex Wheeler is the laziest bb'er out there. He would be on top of my list on "weak" pros. I wish I had his genetics... I saw him (on tv) doing lat pulldowns with like 150 pounds! And he only did few reps..... Again, with his back muscles, theoretically he should be doing lats in 250-300 range, yet he doesn't.

It is not really that surprising about strenth, some of the muscle size is due to water accumulation rather than actual muscle fiber increase. After all, muscle size + strenth is only LOOSELY related. If powerlifters are so damn strong, why aren't they so damn big?

Use me as an example: My legs are naturally big, but I am weak with them. While one guy was the exact opposite, his legs were small but he was strong.

do you know flex wheeler personally? just because you saw him on tv doing lat pulldowns with 150lbs doesn't mean that is his max. you sound like a complete dickhead when you make these statement's. in other words, SHUT THE FUCK UP!:doublefi:

Even arnie kept telling us how lazy Flex is. That is why he never won Mr 0, unlike dorian yates who trained his a&& off, wheeler just sleeps.

Your a fuckin schmuck!!!! it was probably his fuckin warmup set..btw where did you see this?? And you think the only reason flex didnt win the Olympia was because he was lazy?? hahaahhaha...oh yeah i guess because hes lazy and slacks off he only gets 2nd place!!!!!! and hes won the arnold classic a handful of times.. Do you believe everything you hear??? Do us all all a favor and go kill yourself.....your a waste of space.
