Kind of like the guy in Texas who appealed his death sentence because lethal injection would be "cruel and inhumane punishment." Why? Because he was 280 pounds and argued that his obesity would mean the executioner would have a hard time finding a vein.

Interesting concept considering the cruel and inhumane treatment that his two murder victims received.

LOL @ not finding a vein.... Was that the same guy that gained all his weight on Topomax? Fuck man, how do you get so fat on Topomax? People abuse that shit to LOSE weight.....
