in the yolk, what kind of fat is it, is it ok for a cutting diet, if i have 2 whole eggs each morning with my egg whites and flax seed oil for the fats?
iknow the cholestreol isnt too good, but is it ok to use 4 egg whites, and 2 whole eggs each morning, easier thatn 8 egg whites cuz that is how many would equal the protein of hte other, or is it really going to affect the diet?
There was just two posts that said not to worry about the cholesterol and then you say I know the cholesterol isn't too good? Didn't you read? Dietary cholesterol is not a problem for active individuals.
As far as your second question goes, it depends upon how many calorites you want.
With large eggs:
8 egg whites = 136 calories & 28g protein
4 whites and 2 whole eggs = 208 calories & 26g protein
ok if i go with the 8 egg whites each mornig what else can i use for fat during the day if i need like 26 more grams, already gettin 20 from flaxseed oil?
