It is and it isn't. I'd use an insulin syringe (50 cents at your local walgreens) for really exact measurements. You can eyeball it though, and get a rough estimate, and you'll probably be alright.

how do you use the insulin syringe? the problem i can see is the needle being too short to reach the bottom of the bottle. can i draw up the clen with the bottle inverted?

i've just emptied and cleaned out an empty 10ml vial before and put a rubber stopper on it, drop in as much of it into the vial.....insert the needle and hold onto the rubber or it will blow off in your face as you draw out

hmm, seems too hairy for me. Daisy Girl mentioned to me she just uses a 2" needles and draws it up from thr AG bottle with no problems.
i am a diabetic so i have thousands of insulin needles at my disposal but no extra 10mL bottles. If i could find a way to use my needle with the original AG bottle that would be ideal

It's hard as hell b/c once you unscrew the cap its an open bottle. really no pressure for the liquid to be drawn out....basically if you get AS much as you can in that dropper it comes with...it equals the dose per mg whatever it is
I use a slin pin. It is numbered in incriments of 10. draw out the liquid to the point where the 10 is. that is equal to 1 tab. The 20 is equal to 2 tabs and so on.
