how do you make sure you get your protein in?

i'm going to have a shake or two of george's later on. i'm about to have a couple of pieces of ham and pineapple pizza and also a piece of barbecued chicken...

it's been a while since i watched my protein so i was just curious. i'm going to the gym in a couple hours or so.
 
First quit putting pineaplle on your pizza.:mad:
That's just not right.

As far as the shakes go, I usually have one after my workout and
one right before bed.

pineapple on pizza is MACKING. same with chicken. if it is available, try to get California Pizza Kitchen pizzas in your frozen food dept. down here, it is straight up gourmet pizza, cost a little more, but if you just want quality taste.. :p
 
yeah starfish but at the same time it's like a hummingbird on heroin so i lose my muscle too...

my abs are still looking good amazingly but i've totally lost in the quads, never had calves to begin with, and my shoulders and triceps are starting to go. plus i weigh 5 lbs less now.. :(

so it's not all that great.

i don't order ham and pineapple usually big4, the cheese pizza i usually eat wasn't left so i had to have that.
 
Combination or Tostada pizza! I usally eat one at least every other day! No joke! I love being a mesomorph with a ectomorph metabolism! :)
