Just what he said and i take my protein 3 times a day once mornin when i get up cuz i dont have time to eat a real breakfast then right after my workout and once be4 bed wit a TBLspoon of flax seed oil... that should be all u need and u start with the loadin fase on creatin 4 times a day then twice a day right in the mornin i usually do it, then right after a workout some times an extra one in my bed time protein shake but also like he said protein is much better if taken in from food instead of all shakes like i end up doin because i dont have enough time to eat as much as i would like to...
