yo, ive had that problem all my life..even at 7 % body fat, i still had that area under my belly button of fat..its genetics buddy..there are two ways...1. Do something you've never done before...like fucking 2 hours of cardio a day..maybe in morning and night...but other than that, there are a certain amount of anobolic hormones in your body, and once you reach that platue, you can't cross it unless you do something Extra. LIke deplete sugars, salts...and or take steroids. honestly, winstrol would probably be your best bet if you see after years of trainng and you can't cross that platue. It just depends how dedicated you are in looking the way you wanna look...hours of cardio, or maybe decidign to take some steroids to get you passed that platue..(can't spell sorry)
