when bulking do u guys......

i follow the same meal plan every day getting my needs, howeever i see on peoples threads they say like i am eating like crazy. when bulking should i just meet my needs of protein and carbs and calories and not worry if i eat pizza or something around and even if it isnt that good eat it, as long as im gettin my protien and carb needs? go look at www.teamflex.com and look at the nutritional info section about flex wheelers input on bulking, is this really waht u should do? he says he eats like tacos, pizza...
 
I believe it's largely a genetic thing. If you have Flex Wheeler genetics, then yes, you can eat shit like that. He mentions that all the bbs he knows eat all day, and not all of it good. Well what the fuck does he expect? They are all genetic freaks who can eat a certain amount of crap and work it all off simply by walking across the street.

For the rest of us, it's simply not that easy. True bulking is a matter of eating clean, but eating more. P/C/F ratios should be the same as on a cutting diet, only you're upping your calories to bulk.

I'm sorry, but this is pure bullshit for anyone with other than perfect genetics.
 
if you have a fast metabolism, you can get away with pizza-if not, eat clean-oatmeal,rice,potato,red meat-get 350g a day protein and 200g carbs
 
If I eat like that, pizza, tacos, ect......I will just get fat. I must eat clean........sure miss the pizza though.
