I'm at about 15-16% at 225 measured last week.Was 225 @ 18-19% 6 weeks ago.Aiming for 8-10% at 225 by late november which I'm sure I'll get to, then try to maintain that over the summer.Any lower than that will be a bonus.Starting to get more vascular now, which just spurs me on.

around 10-12% right now...And the part I hate the most is that I store all of my fat in my midsection and no where else...I have strations in my shoulders, legs, arms are rock solid, and I have a pudge for a belly, gotta love it...I love when girls walk up and are talking to you and they think you are so rock solid and hot, then they want to see the ab's and I have to be like, uh, no I am shy....
