WHat kind of PROTEIN in a cottage cheese? Is it fast or slow burning?

i wonder, what kind of protein is in cottage cheese? Is it fast acting like Whey or is it long acting like casein?

cottage cheese is approximately 80% casein, 20% whey.

Well, if you want a lumpy, nasty shake. Just eat it. Use milk for shakes.

Does adding milk to whey protien slow down the digestion any? Or does the whey get used up just as it would with water? I always mix mine with skim or 1% milk.
