It takes a few days for DNP to build up in your system and the fatloss process to begin. After 5 days, I didn't feel anything. No extra sweating, heat etc., so I bumped it to 400mg on days 5 and 6, and I started to "feel" it. I went back to 200mg for days 7 and 8, and I can still "feel" the effects.
Basically, I like to "feel" the effects of DNP because it gives me the impression that its burning fat. I also like the way it feels at these lower doses. Its kind of like the steady, slight sweaty sensation you get about an hour or so after doing intense cardio.
I've done 2 inferno type cycles with DNP, about 3 years ago. Never again.
This is obviously just my experience/preference.
