If say you were to spike insulin through injection or so. If there is no nutrients for the body to uptake what then happens. I would assume the body must continue lipolysis since fuel needs to come from somewhere even though insilun reduces or slows lipolysis.
I know it will lower blood sugar levels is that then what happens? Nutrient uptake is increased from the blood/livers stored supply.
and then of course if you do it while in ketosis faint/death ect... is caused from too low blood sugar levels to feed the brain or is it heart attack? why? Just curious.
