What Does Everyone Think About This Bulking Diet!

I HAVE BEEN TINKERING WITH MY BULKING DIET FOR AWHILE AND I JUST WANTED TO KNOW WHAT EVERYONE THOUGHT.

CALORIES 4000-4500 DAY

PROTEIN 400 G DAY

CARBS. 350 G DAY

FAT 50-75 G DAY

WHAT DOES EVERYONE THINK? DOES EVERYTHING LOOK GOOD?

Way more carbs would be my preference. But that's an individual difference thing. Probably 300 g of protein would be sufficient (that's 50 g 6 times/day), and 100g of fat should be ok as well as long as it was comprised mostly of efa's. Total cals, depending on your current weight and specific goals, should probably be higher too. Get some of that christmas dinner into you!
 
With your breakdown of protein, fats, and carbs I can only come up with 3675 in calories max!

You need to up your carbs to at least 600 gms a day and keep the rest of the ratios the same.

37.2% protein
55.8% carbs
7% fat
 
I agree with the upping the carbs notion and Chesty's math is correct. Carbs fuel brutal workouts and there's no getting big without brutal workouts.
 
Tauris, It looks GREAT. Keep everything the same. If you feel like you aren't gaining enough weight (which I highly doubt), increase carbs by 100grams and protein by 50 grams.
