what does everyone have before bed PROTEIN?

Around 300g of coattge cheese mixed with a scoop of Advanced Protein and a few crushed almonds and walnuts. I also add a dash of skim milk and a teaspoon of psyllium husks fibre.
Mix in a bowl,enjoy and grow.
 
4whites, 1yolk, 2 oz. chicken
and if I am restless, 1/4c oatmeal in water along with.

doesn't keep me awake.. hunger keeps me awake.
