My husband's side of the family I couldnt possibly love any more ....and I actually have almost a better time with his side than mine!
And the gift giving is really the GIVING part.
I'm so excited about giving my (hopefully soon to be brother in law) this stupid beer pong sign that I got on ebay. Its a dumb gift I know, but I know he will like it and I cant wait to give it to him!! That part is really fun, and what I look forward to during the holidays.....

Thanksgiving and Christmas blow. Thanksgiving particularly blows if you have allergies to the main foods that are pushed. Christmas blows if you aren't a child or materialistic. Both holidays blow if your family was dysfunctional or, if not dysfunctional, are now all dead (ah, those warm fuzzy memories of daddy punching mommy out because the thankgiving mashed potatoes were lumpy, good times, good times ...)
