What do you eat to get your protein?

Curious what a lot of you eat on a daily basis, to get your fair amount of Protein. Right now I'm eatting 4 hard boiled eggs a day, protein shake, and tuna in a can (water)
 
this is just the protein in my meals:

meal 1: 2 whole eggs + 4 whites, 1 link turkey sausage

meal 2: protein drink 25 grams egg white protein, 25 grams calcium caesinate

meal 3: 1 can tuna, 1/2 cup cottage cheese

meal 4: 8 oz chicken breast

meal 5: 8 oz broiled or steamed salmon

meal 6: protein drink 25 grams egg white protein, 25 grams calcium caesinate

is there a difference between chicken and turkey (if you take breasts with no skin) ?

I have heard it is about the same protein content and a little bit more fat in chicken

Yooo...i virtually eat what you eat except i eat 2 slices of turkey bacon instead mixed in with my eggs but how the hell can you even swallow a mix like tuna and cottage cheese together...i'm gaging thinking about it. :o

skinless chicken and turkey are almost equal in terms of protein

Protein Source

Egg beaters (great source of protein, low fat), cottage cheese, yogurt (low fat), chicken breast, turkey breast, whole wheat bread, steak (lots of protein there), Designer Protein (tastes like shit, but very good in protein), salmon, snapper, dolphin. Low fat milk, beans.... :)
