I tie my straps together and wrap them around the person's neck and hook it onto the nearest weight tree. Then I proceed to do farmer's walks, making sure that the bells hit the target in the face, causing facial trauma of some sort.
If nobody has noticed at that point, I often find it humourous to throw weights and benches at the target. One armed dumbell throws are great for strength training.
By that time the police have usually been dispatched, so I take the opportunity to leave.
