what do you all consider a "cheat day"

when on a cutting diet and the one day each week comes that is your cheat day do u consider that just getting around 2 grams carb per lb of bodyweight with brown rice, oatmeal, sweet potatoes,etc. or do u consider eat whatever u want taco bell, mcdonals but make sure u get ur protein needs?
 
if i'm going all out all week long by lifting and doing 4-5 days of cardio along with staying with my high protein low carb diet, I like splurge. that means i tend to eat whatever I'm craving. I usually end up eating one huge cheat meal and then I'm full for 6 hours. I then take in a protein shake or ice cream to cap the day off. I don't always take a one day cheat day. Like now I might go 2-3 weeks of really strict dieting and then have a cheat meal/cheat day. It all depends on how I feel physically and mentally.
