I couldn't get the grants I needed to cover my tuition dispite being an honor student, and then tried to put in for student loans, but they have not been approved fast enough, so I was dropped from my classes.

I don't know. I am transfering ot Houston next semester because I can't make any money in this town, and have to rely upon my family and scholorships to live on, so gues I will find a job in Houston and commute in the mean time. It would still give me more money than a $5.25 an hour job here with the money spent on gas, which is about all that's available in College Station. All of myf riends have been calling me asking me if I know ANYONE who is hiring locally.

Dang man, that does suck! Well, since you were transfering anyway, take this opportunity to find a job near where you were going to transfer as well as a place to live, etc. Houston is bound to have more jobs available than B/CS.
