Ef Has everything it needs. It has all the makings of a great board that can help any one with any fitness goal.
Don't beleive me? Tell me a subject and I will give you the ef member to go to for it.

Yes there are boards on the net that have small groups that all agree on the same subject. It is easy to fit into a board like this when you feel the same way as they do about a subject. Its easy to except what they are saying because they are all saying it. Its easy for every one to feel the same way and for every one to be happy because every one is saying the same thing.

When you come to a board like ef its not like that. You have many more people with many more concepts and ways of thinking. You will get 100 answers rather then 10-20 of the same.

There will be many different groups of logic and many different people with not only life experence but other types of knowledge on the subject.

There is no (board know it alls) No ones word is the last word on ef. Yes I know people would have you believe this but its just not true.

Ef is open for all to learn,teach,experence and come together. Its the melting pot of all boards. Many people go to other board and I am now more then ever starting learn and except this.

people go to these other boards and then they all come together here on ef and share what they have learned and experienced.


Lets put it like this. It is real easy to say "well this board or that board has more of this or that and or less of this and that then ef". It is imposable to say Ef has nothing that any other board has though. Ef has a a lot of everything and and everything for a lot!!!!!

I Am not with out my past. I love my history here on ef and I would not change any of it.

You know the most respected officers in the army were the ones that were enlisted first. The enlisted can look at them and say ahh he knows what its like. He has been the grunt like I have.

I went threw the mud of ef. I got ef bombs dropped on me. I have been threw many battles on ef. I started out at the very bottom. I hid in the ef fox holes,eat the ef k-rats,watched brothers come and go,and been shot at many times.

So what? I will never be ashamed of that. I will never look at that as a bad thing. Its my past and I love it. Here I am now in the present on ef with a long past on ef. Not all good and not all bad, but all of it is mine and I love it.

Galaxy, AAS mod. I think we can all agree its been a long long long time coming. Galaxy has been here for years,knows his shit and has taken a more active role in helping the members of ef.

Ceo weight lifting forum and chat forum.
Another long time member with years of lifting experience.
His knowledge and willingness to give back to ef has earned him his spot as a mod.
