ok guys and gals , whats up. im on day 5 of keto diet. im very strict with it so far but man it is kicking my ass. i am soooo tired all the time. didnt realize that almost everything has carbs in it, haha. i have kept my carbs under 20g per day so far. a question i have is i have to keto sticks and shows ive been in ketosis for about 2.5 full days. does anyone up carb up days or do you go the whole time this way. question 2 is and im not trying to be funny or gross. , but my urine really stinks now . is this normal on this diet or is it something alse maybe. i really has a strong oder of piss. not like it used to. anyway thanks a bunch for your help
