hey i always go 3 days low carbs and 1 day moderate ..but i started walkin for 60 min forst thinngin the morning on an empty stomach..i was wondering if switching walking then sprinting another day is ok to lose fat..i have been doing this for months along with a good diet,,i started to cut my post workout carbs because i am cutting and eat a high protein meal or drink,,i used to have dextrose but i figure not to have it mabye a good carb source or something instead...my ? is can u go so far for 2 months and still kinda look the same without losing muscle? i plan on going for 5 montths of working hard and low carbinng with an occational carb up..is this ok to cut fat or just loose muscle//thanks
