tiredness

I've been very tired lately..just in the past 2 weeks I haven't been as energetic as I am usually...My diet hasn't changed, Im not on anything and I haven't been on anything recently. also I have had plenty of sleep....does anyone know what this could be or what I could do about it(naturally)?

What's your training been like? Overtraining maybe? Maybe you just need to rest for a few weeks.

My training has suffered from the tiredness...but I do 4 core lifts bench,squat and clean....4X5 then I do a few auxillary lifts and that's pretty much it...
 
take some time off..

could be over-training
could be stress or depression.. take a break and spend some time in the sun.. sunlight can be very therapeutic.

Yes it sound like overtraining anyhow even if it isnt when u feel like that always take a couple of days off so that u dont start feeling like going to the gym is boring....

It could also be that you are depressed about something. In that case, increase your workout intensity, volume, frequency or all of the above. Has anything in your personal life changed lately?
