^^^ you need to find a new gym or buy a home gym. that is late to workout and get in a decent post WO meal.
Yeah, it cuts into my sleep as well. I'm usually in bed around midnight and back awake at 6am.
This happens every year, and the gym is usually back to normal by march.
I have small home gym and a gym at work, so I'm able to change up my routine a little when needed.
