I have no probs with my workouts but cannot stand cooking all the meals it takes to eat clean. I always thought that the stars had it easy cuz they had thier own personal chefs and such. Now I see that the Zone diet center will cook and deliver meals daily for a fee so I would have no guess work and hassel on my diet. Anyone hear of this? The deliver 3 meals and 2 snacks daily to your door at 6am 7 days a week specifically with your diet needs at the forefront. Kind of expensive but I might do it for 3 months just to relieve myself of the pains of cooking daily.
