My advise is to organize the meal in your head way ahead of time. For me, cheat meals can turn into an entire afternoon/evening. If you need to, set up a meal you really like, and go with it, but don't start revising it while you're in the middle of it.
Orange chicken is good, though. YUM. You know, I could probably put together a recipe for that that's not all that bad. If you used more of the zest of the oranges and not alot of orange juice, plus some vinegar, oil & maybe a little lemon juice, it might not be bad.
