Well, i've been low carbing for about 6 months now. I'm 207 down from 285. What does everyone think about a carb up? I've been real strickt on myself the past 6 months. I eat around 1900 calories a day, 150 grams of fat, protein varies, and around 20 grams of carbs. Should i simply flip my Fat and Carb amounts over? 20 grams of fat, 150 grams of carbs?
Someone give me an example menu. I'm thinking complex carbs only. My main concern is the effect of going from so few carbs to hitting that many all at once.
I think i'm around the weight i want to be, i just want to focus on loosing BF% now. I'm medium Build, 5'11, and the only thing i have to go on is from my dad's old karate days where he was 5'11 and a lean 207, 36 inch waist.
I started lifting weights with a good friend, who is practically a personal trainer, while i'm home for the holidays and his workouts are insane
