The trick to not eating...my discovery

Well, a few days ago I had posted a thread about how I can't stop eating. I found out how to this weekend. Long story short, I beat the shit out of my roomate(he really, really, REALLY deserved it!). Anyway, he called the cops and I got arrested for, of all things, domestic battery! It sounds like I beat my fucking wife for christ's sake! Anyway, I discovered that if you spend a couple of days in jail you don't eat very many calories at all. In 2 days I think I ate about 3,000 calories tops. So, for all of you trying to cut, get arrested.
 
Hahahaha that would be funny if it weren't also sad. I'm sure it depends a lot on what country you get arrested in, but in America I believe the standard prison fare is pretty high in fat and processed carb calories ( mainly motivated by price). I'm sure if stayed in there long enough (not that I'm wishing that on you) you would eventually find the food palatable, as well as finding other means of getting some food on the side. For instance you could intimidate some weedy white collar crim to give you some of his rations if food is restricted. It's also easy to get family and friends (if you have any) to bring you extras.

Personally (I'm a female so that makes a big difference) if my roommate deserved punishment I would be the one calling the police. But I know the cops in America are not always free to deal sensibly with dangerous people on the spot. If he wasn't physically dangerous (insulting you, your mother, your girlfriend, your wife, daughter or your country doesn't count) then you had no right assaulting him IMHO.
 
Don't forget the calories that you will burn in jail while running away from the inbred musclebound gang rapists.

Yeah, I always wondered about that. You always see some of these guys who lift in jail and are somehow built like trucks, even with their limited diets. And here we all sit trying to figure out when the best time of day is to take glutamine. How does that happen?

Oh, and one more diet tip to add to Grizzly's: stomach flu. Works like a champ. Tell your friends.
 
In spite of the generally shitty food, most prison inmates get the one important growth factor that is missing from almost all BBs out on the street.....rest, and lots of it. If you get enough calories, train regularly and hard, and get lots of rest you WILL gain muscle. Grossly large amounts of protein and 6 squares a day are not required.

I have at least one take on this. I was talking to this monster at my gym back home. Well, he had recently been in prison. He said that he met a guy in there who was a beast. Well, the dude at my gym, wondered how the hell he did that since there was limited food and equipment. The guy told him that when he lifted he just pretended that the weight was a huge amount and that's how he kept growing. I found that quite interesting.
