Try this:

6 inch Subway Chicken Breast sub;

Brown/Country Bread,

No cheese/ Sauces

Little lettuce(you need space for the double or triple meat)
Onions
Green Peppers

As Many olives as they can fit in the sandwich

Nutritional values from www.subway.com

Double meat:

40g of carbs
35g of protein
6g of fat plus the olives(each olive ring has 0.1g of fat) so 5-6g from the olives

Triple meat:

40g of carbs
50g of protein
8g of fat plus the olives(each olive ring has 0.1g of fat) so 5-6g from the olives

i always go with a footlong with double meat in a bind, chicken breast of course. subways not the healthiest, but it sure helps a bodybuilder who needs a clean high protein meal in a jam

Or When bulking just go out and grab 1 ft long Steak and 1 ft long meatball and eat away hehehe Damm I can't wait to bulk again ;)

heres a idea ..

how about a fast food seafood place ?? there expensive but its fast food and its good shit. Something like salmon has alot of fat but its GOOD fat... omega 3.. and you need that shit.. of course theres lots of other stuff on a seafood menu.

I can't think of too many other fast food places that would carry somewhat healthy stuff but i would love to know some guys ..

I've never seen any seafood Fast food places except the local fish and Chips joint.

Honestly I think that what I outlined is the only thing available. It also has one of the lowest sodium content of all the subs.

Andy,

What look have you gotten from the people behind the counter when you asked for "Triple Meat, Please"???

That's got to be funny shit

Hehehe! Yes, there's this mexican women that keeps looking at me with big eyes and a smile and calling me "big strong boy". Then there there the guy who called his co worker to the front when I ordered a triple foot long (2 meals). People in line will usually give you comments like "Oh, that's a big sandwich(insert fake laugh)"
