the new year is here and im needing a cutting diet plan

I'm 6'2 301 lbs and am wanting to bring it down to 270lbs....that would put me at 12%....Ive got my cycle worked out finally and am now needing a diet plan.

Not interested in a Keto diet plan.....

Can someone help me with the mechanics....

Cals needed
grams protein
grams carbs
grams fat

diet-

stick with high protien, low carb low fat---
maybe 60-20-20-calories body weight x10

lift hard 4x a week--cardio 4-5x at least 30 minutes----you'll see big improvement with in 3 months----remember, keep protien high! that will make you!
 
Personally, I think 4 or 5 times a week of cardio might be a little bit much, but that's just me. You want to get the most out of your cycle from a muscle point of view. Let the mirror be your guide. If you are going from doing zero cardio now, start with 2 or 3 times a week, then see how things are going.
 
Dude you must be huge at 12% at 270 lbs

Man I am starting my diet tommorrow the second and I dont know my body %. I am just trying to get me some stomach muscles well so you can see them. I am 6-1 and 222 and I am going to try to get between 195 and 205. I want to be on the lean side a little bit and take some weight off my bad knees and back. GOOD LUCK- Georgia Irish
