i find glucosamine and fish oil a staple for my joints and inflammation (i have very bad tendinitis in my shoulders and knees)


and green tea extract for appetite suppressant/ thermo work best for me

Yeah those are all very good hormones.Just google them and you will get plenty of feedback.For appetite suppression my favorite product is ALR Venom.
 
Omega 3's: Cold water fish oils, flax seed oil, Evening primrose oil-all good for joint health, cardio, mental health etc.

Raw dessicated liver, eatem like candy take with 1000mg ascorbic acid, Iron Fe, and B-complex to boost RBC's.

Rocky mountain oysters, liver, heart and organ meats. Deer, antelope, Elk and any wild meats. And of course the fresh raw liver and heart from a hunt still steaming (Of course don't try this at home kids)

Adaptogens: Panax Ginseng, Korean, Chinese and of course good old sang.
Cordyceps(fungus), Reishi, Shitake, Maitake-gotta get your 'shrooms in.

Endurance: Siberian eleuthero-probably the best all around herbal out there with lot's of good ol'commie Russian research.
Fresh Mormon Tea: native to western US species of ephedra- keep it local keep it natural(of course kids don't try this at home)
