Don't let your back go too long without doing something. I just "strained" mine last year, and I still have days where it hurts like hell. Mostly on, or after back days, which today is, so I'll be popping something to help me sleep tonight. :(

I don't know your exact situation but I would've gotten it done a while ago cause I can't live without the gym.

Unfortunately, it's never that simple. An extruding disc is a tough injury that can literally take years to get over (without surgery). I had no choice but to give everything out there a shot, short of surgery. I DO NOT want to be having back surgery at 26yo.

Didn't know it was that serious. 'Extruding' just sounds bad.
