the best diet for me

okay here is the deal. @ 5'11" i weigh 160 with about 13% bf. i need to drop down to 10% in three months. i want to know the best diet for me. i have read about all the different diets, im just not sure which one would work best in my situation. i lift for about an hour 4 times a week, and play basketball for 2 hours three times a week.
please help. thanx in advance.
 
i currently avoid all fast food and fried foods. i usually am forced to eat buffets for lunch and or dinner due to my college meal plan. i go for lots of protien and moderate carbs. i avoid as much saturated fats as possible. but i cant monitor anything down to the bone. i have one month away from school for christmas break which i think would be an ideal time to get strict with my diet. but right now i just avoid complete utter shit. and eat everything else. also i think ill get a large tub of protien powder. any suggestions, im really concerned about taste.
