I hate the taste of all shakes and so once made I guzzle the fucker straight down so as not to taste it. Any1 know if this is ok to do? Or should I sip it sloooowlt)???

Personally I see NO benefit from sipping it like a glass of wine. Throw the shit back regardless of wether it tastes OK or like crap.
