Still hard to watch that scale go up....

Is it just me, or is it difficult for others...........

I have lost 60lbs in the last year (255 to 195) and am just starting my first bulking stage (boy do I get some weird looks when a former fat bastard says he is trying to bulk), anyways I am using creatine and have increased my food intake. Well in the first week I have gained 5 lbs. I know that it is mostly if not all water at this point, but it just gives me this sick feeling that I am heading back to where I was even though I know that I am doing it the right way now. I feel like any weight gain that I have is going to be fat.....do any of you feel or have felt that way?? What did you do to overcome this damn fear??

if you waist is shrinking then your golden, if your bulking then its ok cause your bulking,

ps its ok your just a little wishy washy bout the weight gain, i lost 45 pounds then started bulking i was getting leaner and my waist is shrinking..

btw what are you eating on a daily basis??
are you binging once in a while??

pm me if you wanna talk bout it

Try to use the mirror and your clothes as more of a guide than the scale. I know how it is to see the number go up instead of down. Just remember that's more of a psychological thing than anything. Long as your diet is sound and you like what you see in the mirror, keep going.

how would he know?

if he was putting on fat or muscle? get a bf% test? how would beastboy know that he was on the right track with his bulking cycle?
