started at 183 is 4,000 calories to much.. Diet help

Started at 183 LBS 10-12%

About to end week 3 up 10 LBS(193) 25mg D's 600 SUS and 400 EQ .25 arimi p/d

Feel like i am putting on a little fat

Right now
typically getting betwwen 3,600 - 4000 cals a day

protien 300-350G
Carbs 260-330G
Fats 100-140G

Everything is pretty clean, no fast food or died carbs. Low sat fat also. Only crap is the Nlarge weight gainer with all that suger but I need the fast and easy cals

Am I on the right track.. or should I drop them a bit

if it's a bulking cycle,then keep going...i would even add some more cals into the mix to support the added and "new" weight...although some might be due to the water retention from the d's...---fyi---GOOD LUCK and keep us posted on the cycle...
